1. Regulatory Affairs Supervisor (Jakarta)

                 Responsibilities:

• Ensure the compliance of product, license to current regulation.
• Prepare dossier for registration submission to related regulatory authority, monitoring the progress, initiatively act to ensure timeline of product registration as per targeted.
• Timely compile documents for license, process to related regulatory authority to manage validity of license or to get a new business license.
• Regulatory update to related department including giving strong suggestion to internal company in regard of change needed due to new regulation, also ensuring the implementation needed.
• Maintain regulatory database. Establish and maintain system for tracking changes in documents submitted to agencies or partners.

 

           Requirements :

• Pharmacist Professional Education
• Min 3 years experience as a Regulatory Officer in Pharmaceutical Industry
• Able to work in a team, and have the communication skills and good negotiation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, time management.
• Drive to the result, accountable.
• Able to communicate using English (oral & written)

 

1. Product Manager (Jakarta)

 

Responsibilities :

Under Marketing Manager supervision :

1. Responsible in setting brand plan and achieving brand performance target , creating & delivering promotional activities for responsibility product portfolio
2. Monitoring competitor activities and looking for business opportunities in future.
3. Launching new products successfully
4. Building good relationships with key customers, opinion leaders and
5. Close collaboration with sales team in execution promotion activities

 

Major job description :

1. Develop yearly marketing plan for focus products
2. Develop plan of action responsibilities products quarterly, as guidance for sales team in promoting the products
3. Develop marketing & launch plan for new products
4. Produce the promotional materials for focus products
5. Visit key customers and opinion leaders to build good relationship.
6. Arrange promotional activity: Symposium, Round Table Discussion, Exhibitions.
7. If necessary, conduct internal/ external market research.

 

Requirement :

1. Background Education   : Bachelor Degree (S1) in life Science (Pharmacy, Medicine, MIPA)
2. Working Experiences     : 2 years’ experience in as Product Manager in hospital product
3. Fluent in English (oral & Written)
4. Intermediate / Advance in Word, Excel and Power Point
5. Able to work in teams, have the communication skills.
6. Having a dedication and a high work ethic
