The UI Faculty of Pharmacy Announces Registration Procedures for Old Students for the Odd Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year

Depok, July 2, 2026 – The Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia (FFUI) has announced the registration process for existing students for the Odd Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year. Through this information, FFUI urges all students to complete each registration stage according to the established schedule to ensure a smooth academic process from the start of the semester.

The registration stage begins with the payment of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) which will be held from July 13 to August 6, 2026. For students who have not made the payment during that period, payment can still be made with a fine from August 7 to September 30, 2026. Furthermore, filling in the Study Plan Form (IRS) is scheduled to take place from August 7–16, 2026.

FFUI reminds us that administrative registration through UKT payment is a primary requirement before students can complete the IRS. For students who have received UKT installment approval, the IRS can be completed after the first installment payment, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Starting in the odd semester of the 2026/2027 academic year, there will be changes to the academic administration system. The entire IRS (Information System) filling process and approval by Academic Advisors (PA) will be conducted through Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM) on slcm.ui.ac.id using a UI Single Sign-On (SSO) account. With the implementation of this system, SIAK-NG will no longer be used for academic administration processes.

The faculty also ensures that students receiving scholarships and the Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) will be processed using a deferred payment mechanism, so they can still fill out their IRS without having to complete their UKT payments first.

Furthermore, students are advised to pay attention to the UKT payment deadline. Payments made after the specified registration period may result in account lockout, preventing students from completing their IRS as scheduled.

Through this announcement, the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia, encourages all current students to note their registration schedule, complete all administrative steps on time, and utilize the SLCM system as a new platform for academic registration. With proper preparation, it is hoped that all students will be able to optimally welcome the Odd Semester of the 2026/2027 academic year and be ready to participate in academic activities from the first day of class.
