Requirements

  1. Fulfill the administrative requirements set by the UI Chancellor
  2. Bachelor (S1) graduate of the Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program, University of Indonesia (UI)
  3. Bachelor (S1) graduates of the Pharmacy Undergraduate Study Program from outside UI, both State Universities (PTN) and Private Universities (PTS): a. The Pharmacy Study Program of PTN/PTS is accredited by BAN PT/LAM-PTKes with a minimum of B, b. Have a minimum GPA of 3,25 (scale 4) (for PTN graduates) or a minimum of 3,50 (scale 4) (for PTS graduates).
  4. Prospective participants must attach the latest certificate of physical health from a general practitioner,
  5. Prospective participants must attach a certificate of spiritual/mental health (proven by MMPI test results dated no later than 3 months from the time of registration),
  6. A certificate of physical and mental health (MMPI test results) must be included with the diploma and transcript of grades to be uploaded at the time of registration.
  7. Prospective participants are required to take the pharmaceutical knowledge test which will be conducted by PSPA FF UI (If the number of candidates is more than 150 people, then the 150 people with the best TPA and English test scores will be taken to take the pharmaceutical knowledge test).
  8. Pass the pharmacy entrance exam held by the Pharmacist Study Program

Pharmacy Knowledge Exam Information

  1. The pharmacy exam will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024 (subject to change depending on the registration period) offline (offline) at the UI Depok Campus.
  2. Eligible participants for the pharmacy exam are those who have passed the initial SIMAK exam, held at the University of Indonesia. Information on participants taking the exam will be provided no later than November 15, 2024. (may change depending on the registration period), via each participant's email.
  3. Information regarding the technical aspects of the pharmacy exam will be sent via participant email so that it can be ensured that the registered email is active.

Registration fee

Tuition fees (Single Tuition Fee) include a one-time Institutional Development Fee (IPI) and a fixed tuition fee per semester. Tuition fees can be accessed on the Tuition Fees menu at https://www.ui.ac.id .

  • Students graduating from the University of Indonesia's Bachelor of Pharmacy program can immediately participate in the internal selection process (not through SIMAK UI) and can apply for a two-semester deferral. If the student exceeds this period or fails to request a deferral, they must take the SIMAK exam and be declared successful in the Pharmacist Professional Study Program.
  • The entrance selection process for the Pharmacy Professional Study Program for undergraduate graduates from universities other than the University of Indonesia is only held once per academic year for even semester admissions. Information on the opening of SIMAK UI for the even semester for the Pharmacy Professional Study Program can be found on the website https://penerimaan.ui.ac.id
