Registration for the Master of Pharmaceutical Science Study Program and the Master of Herbal Study Program, both through the Lecture Path and the Research Path, can be done through the SIMAK UI Admissions website.

Requirements

Master of Pharmaceutical Science Study Program

Study and Research Path

  1. This program is open to graduates in the following fields: Pharmacy, Medicine (dr/SKed., drg/SKG, drh/S.Vet), Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, and Chemical Engineering, as evidenced by uploading a Bachelor's degree and transcript. Candidates interested in Clinical Pharmacy must be pharmacists, as evidenced by uploading a Bachelor's degree and a Pharmacist degree and transcript.

  2. Diplomas from foreign universities must be equivalized by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.

  3. Have a Bachelor's GPA of 3,00 on a scale of 4 or its equivalent, for applicants who are graduates of a B-accredited study program (The study program accreditation referred to is the current accreditation and is proven by a photocopy of the legalized accreditation certificate)

Those who do not have a bachelor's degree in pharmacy must take a matriculation course in basic pharmacy science with a maximum credit load of 12. Students who are permitted to continue their education in the Master's Program must pass all matriculation courses within a maximum of 2 (two) semesters with a minimum matriculation GPA of 3,00.

Research Track Additional requirements for the research track:

  1. Have a research track record proven by scientific publications in at least SINTA 3 journals

  2. Have a research plan to be carried out and have received recommendations from prospective supervisors which will be assessed during the interview by the Study Program.

Master of Herbal Studies Program

Study and Research Path

  1. This program can be followed by graduates in the fields of: Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Biology, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, as proven by uploading their Bachelor's Degree and Transcript.

  2. Diplomas from foreign universities must be equivalized by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.
