General Requirements
- Fresh graduate or working experience max 5 years are welcome
- bachelor degree in any field
- excellent communication skill-fluent in English, both oral and written
- has a positive, professional attitude, is flexible and adaptable
- has a passion to manage and develop people
- leads by example and is hand-on
- willing to work under shift schedule including Public Holiday and Weekends
