Registration for the Master’s Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Master’s Program in Herbal Medicine, either through the Coursework Track or the Research Track, can be done via the SIMAK UI Admission website.

Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences Study Program

Coursework and Research Pathway

  1. Program ini dapat diikuti oleh sarjana bidang: Farmasi, Kedokteran (dr/SKed., drg/SKG, drh/S.Vet), Biologi, Kimia, Ilmu pangan dan Teknik Kimia yang dibuktikan dengan mengunggah Ijazah S1 dan transkripnya. Bagi peminatan Farmasi Klinik harus lulusan apoteker yang dibuktikan dengan mengunggah Ijazah S1 dan Apoteker beserta transkripnya.

  2. Degrees obtained from foreign universities must be officially recognized (equated) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemenristekdikti).

  3. Applicants must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale or its equivalent, for those graduating from study programs with a B accreditation (The accreditation referred to is the current status and must be proven by a legalized copy of the accreditation certificate).

Applicants without a bachelor's degree in pharmacy are required to take matriculation courses in basic pharmaceutical sciences, with a maximum of 12 credits. Students may only proceed with the Master's Program if they pass all matriculation courses within a maximum of 2 (two) semesters and achieve a minimum matriculation GPA of 3.00.

Research Track Additional requirements for the research track:

  1. Must have a research track record, demonstrated by at least one scientific publication in a journal ranked SINTA 3 or higher.

  2. Must have a proposed research plan and a recommendation from a prospective supervisor, which will be evaluated during the interview by the Study Program.

Master of Herbal Sciences Study Program

Coursework and Research Pathway

  1. This program is open to graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Biology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, as evidenced by uploading their Bachelor's degree certificate and academic transcript.

  2. Degrees obtained from foreign universities must be officially recognized (equated) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemenristekdikti).
