Goal number 16 of the 17 SDGs is to strengthen inclusive and peaceful societies for sustainable development, provide justice for all, and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutional access at all levels.

4. Have a policy on supporting academic freedom (freedom to choose areas of research and to speak and teach publicly about the area of their research). Academic freedom is at the heart of the Academy.
