In order to implement the Regulation of the Minister for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 90 of 2021 concerning the Development and Evaluation of Integrity Zones towards Corruption-Free Areas and Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Areas in Government Institutions, as well as to support bureaucratic reform and university transformation, the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Indonesia continues to strive for the development of integrity zones in order to create a clean, accountable, and high-performing bureaucracy; an effective and efficient bureaucracy; and a bureaucracy that provides quality public services.

To support the implementation of Integrity Zone development within the Faculty of Pharmacy, as an initial step, the Integrity Zone Team of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Indonesia (IZ Team FF UI) towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM) has been established through the Dean’s Decree Number 220/SK/F15.D/UI/2025 concerning the renaming of positions within the state university integrity zone team of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Indonesia. The development of the Integrity Zone focuses on the concrete implementation of programs in the areas of Change Management, Organizational Structuring, Human Resource Management Improvement, Supervision Strengthening, Performance Accountability Reinforcement, and Public Service Quality Enhancement.
